About Ward 4 mutual aid

We started in spring 2020 and are completely volunteer-run. We believe everyone has something to contribute and everyone deserves support.

We are a 501(c)4 tax-exempt nonprofit organization designated for “social welfare” purposes — which is different from a 501(c)3 — and we are part of the DC Mutual Aid Network, which works collaboratively and locally across the city.
